Salmon Harbor RV Resort is within a few minutes drive from both National Redwood and State Redwood Park's featuring giant Redwoods. These majestic giants are an experience and sight to behold. Jedidiah Smith State Park is located three miles from the junction of U.S. Highway 199 and Highway 101. The Del Norte Coastal State Redwood Park is also found within the boundaries of the National Redwood Park which encompasses an area from Highway 199 to Highway 101 and south along Highway 101 for approximately 40 miles.
